MECREGEN – Technology Summary
The MECREGEN Renewable Energy System is a breakthrough in clean, off-grid power generation, engineered to deliver consistent electricity with no combustion, emissions, or fossil fuels. At the core of this system is an innovative combination of magnetic propulsion, mechanical motion, and integrated electrical conversion.
MECREGEN - Core
This integrated design enables MECREGEN to produce clean, renewable energy continuously, making it ideal for powering homes, vehicles, microgrids, or remote infrastructure—without relying on solar, wind, or grid connections.
Magnetic Chamber
The Magnetic Chamber includes one Opposite-Pole Electromagnet, two Permanent Magnets, three Magnetic Frame Rails, and two Frame Plates.
The Opposite Pole Electromagnet mounts on the engine block and is placed in the middle of the Frame Plate. The Permanent Magnets on the Frame Plate line up at either end of the Electromagnet. The Magnetic Force from the Electromagnet and the Permanent Magnet repels and attracts the Frame Plate, which is connected to the Connecting Rod, which is connected to the Crankshaft. Pillow Bearings support the Crankshaft mounted to the engine block.
Crankshaft
The Crankshaft System converts the linear motion of the Magnetic Chamber into circular motion. The crankshaft uses this circular motion to turn any equipment. The crankshaft system consists of supporting components.
Attached Electrical System
Coupled to the crankshaft is a high-efficiency generator or alternator that transforms the mechanical energy into electrical current. The system includes a smart inverter, power management unit, and battery storage to regulate output, store excess energy, and provide a reliable flow of electricity for residential, commercial, or transportation applications.
